- LAS VEGAS-Excalibur Hotel & Casino. Excalibur is located on the most popular corner of the Las Vegas Strip providing central access to surrounding hotels and all the activities Las Vegas has to offer. Recently purchased by the MGM Mirage corporation, the Excalibur has been undergoing renovations to make your stay more enjoyable such as totally remodeling over 2000 rooms complete with widescreen TVs, totally renovating the pool area, opening Dick's Last Resort, a fun place to unwind and get a bite to eat or a drink. If all the activities, such as the 5 fine restaurants, food court, shows, live music, casino, shopping, new sports book, arcade midway, pool and spa at the Excalibur are not enough, take a short walk over the pedestrian walkway to the MGM Grand, New York-New York, Tropicana, or take the tram from the Excalibur to the Luxor or Mandalay Bay for even more fun and excitement. Excalibur is very convenient to the airport with reasonably priced shuttles and taxis available to transport you to the hotel and back. With shuttles, trams, trolleys, monorail, buses, and taxis available; rental cars are not really a necessity unless desired. See our link below for additional information on local transportation.
- Great Room Rates are still available! The Excalibur as well as other hotels in the Las Vegas area are offering great rates. Please be sure to book your room early before rates increase. When booking at the Excalibur be sure you reserve a newly remodeled room (i.e. "Widescreen Rooms"), complete with 42" Plasma TV, pillow-top mattresses, granite counter tops, contemporary bathrooms, and the most convenient access to the pool and spa. The Widescreen rooms cost only a little more, but they offer great value and comfort over the older original rooms. Our training sessions will be held in the meetings and convention area of the Excalibur Hotel.

Seminar Registration Process: You may register for the seminars on-line using the on-line registration form. You may also register by phone (714) 258-4646 (USA), fax (714) 258-3990 or mail. After registering we will confirm your registration by your choice of e-mail, fax or mail. Payment is to be made by credit card, check, money order, or bank transfer prior to the beginning of the courses. Course check-in begins each day at 7:30 am with courses beginning promptly at 8:00 am each day and concluding ~5:00 pm. Lunch is included in the seminar fee.

- Refunds & Seating Guarantees: Full refund for cancellation will be made if canceled 14 days prior to the seminar. Cancellation less then 14 days prior will be given credit toward future programs. Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to the course will receive credit less a $150 cancellation fee. Prepaid registrations will be given guaranteed seating.
